Not exactly. We provide meal plans that will compliment your training. These are tried, tested and proven meal plans. The video guidance we offer is personalised because you will only copy the technique and work within your abilities, we will monitor your progress.
Yes. There is no contract, no minimum term, you can cancel anytime via your account. Login and click ‘Cancel Subscription’ and then follow the onscreen instructions.
Obliterate is challenging! If you haven’t exercised for a long time, we wouldn’t suggested starting with this! However, you can work at your own pace during the workouts and we do show easier versions for people to build themselves in slowly.
There is no definitive answer to this because everyone is different. However, as a basic rule, we recommend at least 2 rest days per week and as your fitness and strength improve you may be able to reduce that to one rest day. And, we would suggest no more than 1.5hours of training in one session. There are other factors included, email or message us for more personal suggestions.
We don’t, however, what you get as part of your subscription fee is in person workshops. We will open up group sessions to come down to XXL Gym in Barry and we will talk and walk through anything you’re unsure of.
We recommend it! We would suggest doing it at least 4 times per year and test and measure your progress! You will get a discount code for each consecutive attempt after your first subscription to it!
